Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. See the Cancellation Policy for details.

Travel Desk integrates with third-party services such as Stripe and Make (Integromat) and social platforms. Their terms apply. Travel Desk is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Desk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed fees paid by you to Travel Desk in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Travel Desk against claims arising from your content, your use of social platforms, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
