Transparent trial and monthly subscription information.
The signup trial uses no card. Paid access begins only after you actively choose and complete a subscription.
When am I charged?
Not when you create the trial account. The seven-day trial starts immediately, and access pauses at the end unless you choose and complete a paid subscription.
Are plans monthly?
Yes. The current public plans are Starter £29/month, Growth £59/month and Pro £99/month. Any exact amount payable is shown before checkout is completed.
Can I change plan?
Eligible accounts can use the billing and plan controls inside the signed-in dashboard. Changes are subject to the terms shown at the point of change.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage Subscription in the billing area. The Cancellation Policy explains when access ends and any other applicable terms.
Will I receive a surprise charge after the free trial?
No card is taken during registration, so the trial cannot silently charge you. You must actively complete a paid subscription to continue.
What if a completed payment is not reflected?
Use Refresh completed payment on the Billing Status page. If the account still does not update, submit a support ticket with the account email and the approximate payment time.
Are add-ons included?
The AI Itinerary Bot and Video Bot are optional charges for eligible Pro accounts. They are not automatically added.
