Data protection complaints
Make a Data Protection Complaint
Use this form if you believe Travel Desk has infringed data-protection law in the way it handled your personal information or the personal information of someone you are authorised to represent.
You do not need to quote legislation. Explain what happened, which information is involved, what you expected Travel Desk to do and any outcome you are seeking. You may also write to Matthew King trading as Travel Desk, Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom.
What happens next?
- The confirmation page provides an immediate electronic acknowledgement that the complaint was received. Travel Desk will in any event meet the statutory requirement to acknowledge within 30 days.
- Travel Desk will take appropriate steps to investigate and respond without undue delay, and will keep you informed as appropriate.
- Travel Desk will tell you the outcome without unjustifiable or excessive delay.
Travel Desk may ask for proportionate identity or authority evidence if needed to investigate safely.
Information Commissioner's Office
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Travel Desk asks that you give us the opportunity to investigate first where appropriate, but this does not remove your right to contact the ICO.
